We all have the same twenty hours in a day, but why is it that some seem able to get so much done?
What is it that sets them apart to accomplish more at sometimes shocking levels?
Look at The Rock, Beyoncé and Oprah taking on the world and doing so much. I can hear some of you saying “Well, they have a team…” and I would combat that with yes and they have millions of people pulling at them at every turn trying to deter them off track.
So what is it that keeps them on track, makes them accountable and makes so many successful people able to seemingly leap forward with explosive spurts of growth?
I’ve come up with three simple things that work for me and that you can do too in less than ten minutes a day. We can all find ten minutes and if you are saying you can’t … then you need to prioritize how much of your day is spent on the “important” versus the “urgent”. 📺📱🍿🍷
So what are the Three things 💡 you need to be doing to get the most out of your day:
1. Have a plan- starting the day without clear action is why the outcome doesn’t appear 🏹
2. Max out the open space in your calendar- don’t have time? What can get done in the empty space ⏱
3. Breath- sounds simple but six solid breaths in and out can dramatically alter your mood for the positive 💰
That’s it. Sounds simple but make these three things happen and reap the rewards.
